Rokon Alam is the Founder and the CEO of NAVIGON Consulting Inc., A Toronto based management consulting firm specializing in the professional development and leadership development of individual as well as small and medium size organization. Since founding in 2010, he has undertaken numerous leadership and management consulting project in various Canadian based small business organization. Rokon is ideally working with Entrepreneur who is passionate, growth focused and wants bigger impact. In an executive coaching engagement he is working with an executive who wants to breakthrough to leadership success and polishing their impact and influence. As an executive coach, he primarily focuses on executive leadership in the areas of business strategy, leadership, financial management, sales management, Innovation, managerial communication etc. As a corporate trainer Mr. Rokon has conducted need based training, seminar and workshop for Canada based small and medium organization. He is recognized as a leader in professional development and peak performance strategies. For over 15 years, he has been coaching entrepreneurs, corporate leaders, and inspiring individual on how to create the life they desire. While founding his company, NAVIGON Consulting INC., Rokon has successfully continuing his careers in finance and accounting, sales and marketing, strategy development & execution, investments, real estate development, loan syndication, importation, distribution and management consulting. He has conducted high level consulting assignments with various corporations in strategic planning and organizational development. Most of his career are in fortune 500 companies. He used to work at various leadership position at Eastern Bank Ltd, BEXIMCO, Cairn Energy, Shell Oil Company, Golfrate Group (Angola, a Unilever Distribution Company) Motorola Solutions, Rogers communication, CARE Canada, MPAC Corporation, ALBION Building Consultant, Energypac Engineering Ltd. , UNITED Hospital Ltd. etc.
Rokon's Journey to the Corporate World
Rokon is passionate about teaching. He is a part-time faculty at Centennial College, Toronto, Canada since 2011 in their school of business. He is teaching various courses in the school of business. He used to be an Associate faculty member of Royal Roads University’s (Canada) Bangladesh Campus (Progressive Meritocracy Limited) and taught the Executive MBA for more than two years. He used to be a Part-time faculty member of University of Asia Pacific, Dhaka, Bangladesh and taught various courses in the department of school of business. Since 2018 he has been teaching at various private universities in Bangladesh namely BRAC University, Independent University of Bangladesh (IUB) and United International University (UIU).

Rokon is qualified as a CPA (from Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada). He also qualified as a FCCA (Association of chartered certified accountant from UK). Rokon received his MBA (Finance) from Institute of Business Administration (IBA), University of Dhaka. He received his Master in Finance from University of Dhaka securing first class. He has also earned a Post Graduate Diploma (Computer science). He is also a Certified Trainer of Jack Canfield “Success Principles” (www.jackcanfield.com), USA.
